Payment of Fees / Cancellation and Refund Policy
Classes are booked on a term basis and must be paid regardless of attendance. Payment of fees is due in full at the time of booking. Parents can opt to pay a 50% deposit at time of booking however full fees are due and payable prior to the start of term. Participants may be excluded from attending classes if payments are not made in FULL.   NO payment NO booking.
We have a strict refund policy. If you decide to cancel your enrolment with us prior to the start of term you will be refunded all monies paid less a $30.00 administration fee. Should you decided to cancel part way through a term you will be refunded 50% of unused classes for the term. Please note we DO NOT offer refunds for family holidays or events, school excursions or school camps. Please DO NOT ask as refusal may offend. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Operations Team Leader.
If you are unable to continue your lessons for an extended portion of the term (2 weeks or more) you may be entitled to a refund of unused classes with the presentation of a medical certificate. Holding of a class spot will be at the discretion of management.
Enrolment Process

At Mordialloc Community Centre all our activities are run on a term by term basis. This means that is it necessary for families to re-enrol into their chosen activities and pay in full prior to each new term starting. To facilitate this we have a three-week enrolment process that takes place during the last three weeks of each term.

You will receive a reminder email prior to the enrolment period, however it is ultimately your responsibility to enrol on time to avoid losing your spot. MCC will not be held responsible for late enrolments that result in disappointment.

Make-up Classes

Make up classes are ONLY available for Kindy gym and Kindy dance classes and must be taken after the date of the missed class. Booking a make-up class for Kindy gym and Kindy dance must be made by speaking to one of our customer service staff. Please note: You are only entitled to one make-up class per term.

There are strictly NO make-up classes for Gymnastics, Dance including Fairy Ballet and Primary Ballet, Netskills, Junior Joeys, Karate or Fencing.

Refunds for missed classes due to illness or injury

A refund for more than two consecutive missed class may be given with the sighting of a doctor’s certificate. Requests for a refund for more than two consecutive missed classes or injury must be made in writing to the Operations Team Leader by emailing: melinda@mordicc.org.au

Membership Fees

In accordance with the MCC constitution all families are required to pay a yearly membership fee of $10. This fee will be charged at the beginning of the year and allows one adult member of each family voting rights at the centre’s annual general meeting in May.

Registration Fees

Some activities attract an annual registration fee that is payable to the governing association. These fees are non refunable and are due and payable at the beginning of each year, or upon commencement date of the activity for the first time.
