Mat Pilates

$12.00 per person

Tuesday: 6.00pm – 7.00pm
Booking is essential.

Classes are suitable for any adults, young adults, young athlete as well as teenagers who are looking for a way to improve their health and wellbeing.
By gently stretching and strengthening their bodies, they’ll stand a little taller, and feel a little calmer.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and a water bottle. We provide the rest.

What should I wear?

Wear clothing you’re comfortable moving in and that doesn’t restrict your movement.

Barre Pilates

$15.00 per person

Thursday: 11.30am – 12.30pm
Booking is essential.

Barre is a complete body workout combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength
training. This full body workout is high energy, fun and additive! You will leave studio feeling toned and sculpted. Classes can be enjoyed by everybody from all levels of fitness.

Mums ‘n’ Bubs YOGA

Wednesday: 10am – 11am

Come along and bond, play, interact and relax your baby.  All our gentle poses and movements allow for a very relaxing time.  Please come and experience some special time with your child.
