Emma Green

Emma began dancing at the age of 5 learning the styles of Tap, Jazz and Ballet. After just one year of dancing she started competing in local competitions with solos and troupe work. At one stage she had 11 solos in all styles of dance: Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary,
and Musical Theatre. When she was sixteen, Emma began training at Patrick Studios Australia where she was in the Senior Elite program for two years. After finishing her VCE, Emma began her Full Time Dance training with PSA in the Performing Arts Course and gained her Certificate 3 and 4 in Dance (2013).

Emma transferred over to the Musical Theatre Course in 2014 and graduated with a Diploma in Musical Theatre at the end of 2015. Whilst in the Musical Theatre Course Emma performed in the show ‘Spring Awakening’, ‘Twisted Broadway’, and played the role of Cassie in ‘A Chorus Line’.

Whilst performing is a thrill, Emma’s passion lies within teaching, and she has taught dance for almost 9 years. This is Emma’s fifth year at MCC and she is ready for a big 2018 with her MCC Dance family!!
